Does Garcinia Cambogia Actually Work?

For those interested in cutting excess body fat and slimming down fast, we suggest going with a weight-loss supplement that’s backed by real clinical studies, not fad ingredients, and does not cause harmful side effects.
A Look at Some Human Studies.
Fortunately, there were some human studies on effect of Garcinia Combogia.
The biggest of the studies included 135 overweight individuals, which were split into two groups:
- Treatment group:1 gram of Garcinia Cambogia Extract, 3 times per day, taken 30 minutes before meals.
- Non-Treatment Group: This group of individuals took no supplements but remained on high-fiber and low-calorie diet.
The group taking Garcinia Cambogia extract actually lost more weight (4.1 kg – 9 pounds) than the non-treatment group (4 pounds).
A Garcinia cambogia review published in the Journal of Obesity in 2011 that looked at 12 clinical trials found that Garcinia Cambogia can increase weight loss by about 0.88 kg, or 2 pounds, on average, over a period of several weeks.
Garcinia extracts/HCA can cause short-term weight loss. The magnitude of the effect is small, and the clinical relevance is uncertain.
It may cause a mild effect in some people, but overall the effects are small and unlikely to make a major difference.
The best way to get a maximum effect with taking in Garcinia Cambogia supplements is by keeping yourself on a low-fat diet and exercise. Garcinia works best as a far-burner and helps you with great weight-loss if you use it in accordance with a perfect diet plan. We would suggest using garcinia but on a short-term scale.
